SpinOut U is an opportunity-development initiative of Arns Innovations. For questions about privacy, contact brandon@arnsinnovations.com.
Information collected
When you submit a form, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, institution or organization, role, interests, and non-confidential inquiry. We use these details to review and respond to inquiries, assess potential collaboration and communicate about the opportunity you identified.
Research searches using the site's published-reference catalog run in your browser. This site does not require an account to search, and the catalog is not a system for uploading confidential research. Standard hosting providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requests and error information to deliver and secure the site.
Form delivery and outside providers
Submission forms currently send information through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery provider, for forwarding to an Arns Innovations email address. Its handling of data is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential inventions, unpublished patent material, protected health information, trade secrets, or personal information you are not authorized to share.
Use, access and retention
We use submitted information to respond, evaluate collaboration requests, maintain correspondence, prevent abuse and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. We retain information only as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable requirements. Access is restricted to personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted by contacting brandon@arnsinnovations.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, security and recordkeeping obligations. You may browse public research references without submitting an inquiry.
Security and updates
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are intended to protect inquiry information, but no internet transmission is risk-free. The policy may be updated as services change; the effective date will be revised when applicable.
