AI-native, IP-bundled, go-to-market-ready invention blueprints β built from university, lab, and federal IP.
Each one enables not just a single startup, but a family of aligned ventures ready to launch.

Blueprints presented on this platform are illustrative system-level venture scaffolds, designed for educational, exploratory, and strategic alignment purposes. They synthesize a combination of filed, provisional, public domain, expired, and AI-generated IP β along with commercial and technical models.
These blueprints do not constitute public disclosure of any full patent, nor do they grant rights to reproduce, deploy, or claim the inventions therein. Use of this material requires formal licensing through SpinOut U.
All systems remain protected under provisional filings, attribution protocols, and IP ownership frameworks managed by Arns Innovations and its partners.
SpinOut U tracks contributions to each system and blueprint using attribution logic and invention capture protocols. If your input (technical, market, strategic, or creative) materially shapes a new invention or claim, you may be added as a co-inventor or co-creator.
Inventorship is determined using USPTO-aligned standards and logged via our platform. All inventors must sign platform-specific IP assignment and revenue share terms to activate downstream spinouts or licensing opportunities.
Derivative patents that stem from system blueprints will credit new contributors, and attribution data is timestamped and stored as part of our recursive IP ledger.
All SpinOut U blueprints are part of a gated licensing framework. Ventures, founders, studios, or corporate partners must request access and complete a license-to-build agreement in order to use any IP, systems, or derivative works.
We support IP bundling across institutions, including integration of university, federal, expired, and AI-generated assets. Bundles are tracked and governed via contract, including revenue-sharing clauses, field-of-use restrictions, and equity alignment for co-creators.
Spinouts formed through this platform may include standard or custom legal frameworks including: Exclusive or Non-Exclusive Licensing, Option Agreements, Inventor Equity Pools, and Modular Attribution Tokens.
Contact the Licensing Studio for custom configurations, multi-institution deals, or accelerator integrations.
Access to full system architecture, subsystem IP, and commercialization flows requires verified login and licensing agreement.
All bundles are tracked with timestamped analytics to prevent premature disclosure.
