Each SpinOut U supply or demand card can operate as its own private opportunity channel. Official channel access is tied to verified entity email domains. Supply addresses can submit knowledge into demand channels, and demand addresses can send signals or request fits through their own role-gated route.

Only the demand entity's official email domain can join its private channel. Other users can submit signals or request review through SpinOut U.

02Supply channels

Only the supply entity's official university, lab, or institutional email domain can join its private supply channel.

03Supply submissions

Verified supply addresses can submit IP, research, prototypes, datasets, software, facilities, and expertise into any demand channel for SpinOut U review.

04Demand signals

Verified demand addresses can send problems, KPIs, site needs, procurement context, and fit requests without accessing supply-owner private channels.
